At kick-off, your pick locks. No edits. No exceptions.
Refunds.
Rivala Pro is sold through the app stores; refunds follow the store's policy and your statutory consumer rights.
Who can play.
18+. Where Rivala is unavailable for legal reasons, it cannot be used.
When these terms change.
We notify you in-app and by email 30 days ahead. If you don't agree, export your data and delete your account.
Agreement and parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Maina Labs S.A.S., NIT 902.054.153-2, Cajicá, Cundinamarca, Colombia ("Rivala", "we"). They govern your access to and use of the Rivala apps, website and services. If you do not agree, do not use Rivala.
The service
Rivala is a free-to-play, skill-based football prediction platform. You make predictions on real matches, earn points, climb rankings and play in public and private leagues. A complete free experience is available; Rivala Pro is an optional one-time upgrade.
Not gambling — Rivalacoins
Rivala is not a betting or gambling service. Any odds we display are informational, and any "bet" you place is simulated. Rivalacoins are a virtual in-app point with no monetary value: they cannot be purchased for the purpose of cashing out, cannot be redeemed for money, goods or prizes of monetary value, and are non-transferable. We may adjust, expire or reset Rivalacoins balances. No real money is ever wagered and there are no monetary payouts.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use Rivala where it is prohibited or unavailable for legal or regulatory reasons. By using Rivala you confirm you meet these requirements.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
Fair play and acceptable use
To keep competition fair, you must not create multiple accounts, use bots, scripts or automation, exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, or scrape the service. If we detect abuse, we may suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any Rivalacoins and Rivala Pro benefits without refund.
Picks lock at kick-off
Predictions can be edited until a match kicks off. At kick-off, your pick locks permanently — no edits and no exceptions — to keep the game fair for everyone.
Rivala Pro and payments
Rivala Pro is a one-time purchase sold through Google Play where available. The relevant store processes your payment and handles billing and refunds according to its own policy; Rivala does not receive or store your card details. Nothing here limits any mandatory statutory consumer or withdrawal rights you may have (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies).
Intellectual property
Rivala, its software, design and the "Rivala" brand are owned by Maina Labs S.A.S. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. You keep ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.
No affiliation
Rivala is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any tournament organizer, league, club or broadcaster. Team names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Disclaimers
Rivala is provided "as is" and "as available", for entertainment. Predictions, odds and statistics are not advice of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivala and Maina Labs S.A.S. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that protects you as a consumer.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. You may stop using Rivala and delete your account at any time.
Changes to the service and these Terms
We may update the service and these Terms. For material changes to the Terms, we will notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Cajicá, Cundinamarca. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules, or the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
