Delete your
Rivala account.
You can permanently delete your Rivala account and the personal data tied to it — from inside the app, or by sending us a request. Here's exactly how, and what happens to your data.
Rivala is operated by Maina Labs S.A.S. (Colombia). This page explains how to request deletion of your Rivala account and the data associated with it.
Two ways to delete your account.

- 2.Tap “Delete account”
- 3.Type your username to confirm
Deletion is immediate and permanent — no waiting, no form.
Go to account settingsIf you can't sign in, use the form below or email privacy@rivala.io from the address on the account. We never delete an account from an unverified email.
We verify your identity first. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.
What we delete, what we keep.
- Your account and profile — email, username, avatar, language and time zone
- Your predictions and points history
- Your leagues and memberships
- Your preferences and active consents
- Payment records and invoices for Rivala Pro (never your card details), kept for 10 years to meet tax and accounting obligations and unlinked from your profile
- Terms and consent acceptance logs, kept for up to 5 years after deletion for legal compliance
- Data that is already anonymized or aggregated and can no longer identify you
- Advertising identifiers (AdMob), which are managed by Google

Fill this in and we'll open a prefilled email for you to send from your account's address. That lets us verify it's really you before we delete anything.
